The "Passports" generated, displayed, or purchased within the NYC Eats app are strictly toy-like digital collectibles and novelty items. They are in no way official travel documents, identification cards, or visas authorized by any government of any country, existing or previously existed. They hold absolutely no legal weight, grant no right of entry to any geographic region, and cannot be used for any official purpose whatsoever.
By downloading or using NYC Eats: Gourmet Passports (the "App"), developed by Barbell Apps, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.
Certain features, such as premium passport covers, are available as in-app purchases. These are processed securely via Apple. All sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's App Store policies. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel any recurring subscriptions (if applicable); these must be managed via your Apple ID.
The App may display transit information, routes, or station data to assist you in navigating New York City. Barbell Apps is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) or any other government transit agency. All transit data is provided on an "as-is" basis for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, real-time reliability, or safety of any routes suggested.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login codes (OTPs). You agree not to abuse the email verification system, attempt to reverse-engineer the app's database, or use the app to harass any restaurant staff or other users.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
